Balance Board SUP Training
In this class type beginners can experience the unstable board being on land. The seasoned student can keep building core strength and enhancing their skills on a SUP during the off season.
Meditation Wave
This class is designed for you leave stress free, through meditative hand drumming. It all begins with an idea.
Paddle & Yoga
On special nights, we divide the class time up with a paddle and free float yoga.
