Join us for Paddle Board 101, an introductory class designed to get you comfortable on the water and confident with the basics of paddle boarding. Held in our pool's dive well, this class offers a controlled and supportive environment perfect for beginners. We will cover the basics including standing, getting back on the board in deep water and paddle techniques.

SUP Yoga: Finding Your Flow in the Dive Well of the Pool - Course on 11/10

Immerse yourself in the serenity of Yoga on the water, a beginner-friendly class designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a unique and tranquil setting. Held in the dive well of our pool, this class offers a supportive environment where you can explore and deepen your practice.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Basic Poses and Alignment: Learn foundational yoga poses and how to align your body correctly for maximum benefit and safety.

  • Breathing Techniques: Discover essential breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and improve your practice.

  • Flow and Flexibility: Experience gentle sequences that promote flexibility, strength, and balance, tailored to all levels.

Join us for SUP Yoga in the dive well and discover a refreshing way to connect with your body and mind. We look forward to guiding you on your journey to wellness!

**Please bring a towel and wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing suitable for the pool environment or light yoga shorts.

SUP Pool Fitness / Yoga 

Experience anchored boards in a pool environment. This class is ideal for beginners to immediate levels. We learn how to fall off the board and how to get back on safely. In class we will incorporate a fully lead yoga sequence, along with some strengthening techniques with resistance bands. Perfect class for low impact practice. Increase core strength, balance and flexibility all in a controlled environment. Mindful movements of flow from squats to standing.

Ending with a cool down and relaxation. Another great class that gets you ready for the lake or keep up with your practice during the off season. Same boards are used in the pool and lake, to create a seamless translation. Space is limited, first come first serve.
